How to use
- Smooth desired amount over affected area on the face, scalp, hands or body two times per day.
- Allow to absorb fully.
- Where possible, occlude the area with clingfilm wrap or similar.

The Routine

Soothe and condition skin prone to psoriasis with this calming routine.

1. For daytime skincare, smooth a desired amount of E Zhu Gao / Nourishing Psoriasis Cream over the affected area on your face, scalp, hands or body. Repeat this two times per day.

2. For night-time hand and body care, apply a desired amount of Bai Bi Gao / Softening Psoriasis Night Ointment to further alleviate symptoms of psoriasis. If skin reacts to Bai Bi Gao, replace with E Zhu Gao for night-time skincare.

3. For night-time scalp care, massage Bai Bi Ding / Softening Tincture for Scalp Psoriasis into affected area on the scalp. Ensure skin is clean and dry.

4. If symptoms ease but the scalp becomes dry, apply Run Fa Jing You / Hair & Scalp Oil once the tincture is fully absorbed.

If you experience eryphrodermic or unstable psoriasis, please use only Bai Bi Er Hao Shui Gao / Softening Psoriasis Cream.
