The Routine

Soothe and nourish dry, dehydrated, hyper-sensitive or eczema-prone skin with this gentle two-step body routine.

1. Add a small amount of Shu Min Mu Yu You / Soothing Bath & Shower Oil to bathwater morning and evening, or massage a small amount over wet skin in the bath or shower. Rinse away with warm water and pat dry with a clean towel.
2. Follow by smoothing Zi Cao Shui Gao / Nourishing Cream over any affected areas and allow to absorb. Repeat application between three and five times per day.

Great Cream

I had a very bad outbreak of eczema caused by Zinc Oxyde sunscrean and sea salt. It was so sore and my skin was badly damaged. But this cream helped to nourish and smooth the pain and stinging. It helped to repair the my very quickly, as soon as one week.

Nourishing Cream - Amazing!

Wow, this is the best cream ever! My daughter got eczema on her face a year ago from starting a new school and ‘stress’ - it was really bad. Luckily we had already been to see DermatologyM years ago so I went straight there to pick up a bottle. It’s been the best cream ever. The eczema has totally gone but she’s uses it now to nourish her skin and keep the eczema at bay. We are all so very grateful for this amazing cream! Thank you! Georgina x
