UK Delivery

We offer complimentary UK delivery on orders over £50.

All our online orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) and sent first class with Royal Mail which will arrive within 1-2 days of being processed.

Please find below our delivery options along with the pricing for each:

• Standard Delivery - 2lbs and under - £2.99
• Standard Delivery - 2.1lbs to 4.4lbs - £3.99
• Standard Delivery - 4.5lbs and over - £6.99

If there is ever a delay to your order for any reason, you will be notified as soon as possible. We will also inform you should a back order be required.

Short-term back orders (less than one week) will be filled as soon as they become available. If an item is on long-term back order, we will notify you and it may have to be reordered when re-available.

Shipping

We offer a Royal Mail service for smaller orders, and Parcel Force deliveries for orders above 4.4lbs in weight. Cost is dependent on shipping class and package size. 

International

We offer international delivery to a variety of countries. Customers from the United States and North America should order directly from Avicenna LLC USA, please visit www.dermatology-m.com

**Due to changes in procedure with international post as a result of Brexit, there may be a slight delay with European orders.

EU Deliveries – IOSS & DDP

We are registered for IOSS and ship all EU orders using either IOSS (for orders up to £135 / €150) or DDP (for orders above that threshold). This means all customs formalities and VAT are handled by us, ensuring a smooth, hassle-free delivery.

• Orders up to £135 / €150: Processed under IOSS, with VAT collected at checkout.
• Orders over £135 / €150: Shipped DDP, with duties and taxes prepaid.

Because both IOSS and DDP are used, customers will not face any additional customs charges on delivery.
