The Routine

Calms itchy back and swollen feet and ankles

We found that this lotion has stopped regular chronic itching on our backs. We are 77 and 82 and have tried many lotions through the years. This is a pleasing relief. Also after our Chinese herbalist doctor helped me with TSW, some symptoms returned a few months after her treatment. I used Nourishing Cream on my itchy, swelling ankles and feet.
