How to Use

By day, apply Softening Indigo Cream to affected areas of the body that are clean and dry 2-3 times daily. Allow to absorb.
At night, apply Softening Indigo Ointment to affected skin that is clean and dry. Leave overnight. For best results, occlude area with clingfilm wrap or similar to allow absorption.

The Routine

Soothe and condition skin prone to psoriasis with this calming routine.

1. Protect skin condition and integrity by cleansing with our soap-free body wash, Soothing Bath & Shower Oil.
2. Apply Softening Indigo Cream to affected areas of the body that are clean and dry 2-3 times daily. It can also be used on the face and hands, though due to its colour, we do not recommend it is used on the face.
3. Allow to absorb. For best results, use in combination with Softening Indigo Ointment for intensified soothing and moisturising results.
Patch test: Prior to trying any new topical, we recommend you carry out a patch test. Apply a small amount close to the area of intended use.

Immediate difference

I've been using the sooth & soften set for under a week and noticed a huge difference within two days. It's early days I know, but my psoriasis on my body and face has almost completely cleared.
