The Routine

Soothe and condition skin prone to psoriasis with this calming routine.

1. For daytime skincare, smooth a desired amount of Nourishing Psoriasis Cream over the affected area on your face, scalp, hands or body. Repeat this two times per day.

2. For night-time hand and body care, apply a desired amount of Softening Psoriasis Night Ointment to further alleviate symptoms of psoriasis. If skin reacts to Bai Bi Gao, replace with E Zhu Gao for night-time skincare.

3. For night-time scalp care, massage Softening Tincture for Scalp Psoriasis into affected area on the scalp. Ensure skin is clean and dry.
