The Routine

Nourish and smooth dry, dehydrated and cracked skin with this hand and foot care routine.

1. Add a small amount of Shu Min Mu Yu You / Soothing Bath & Shower Oil to bathwater morning and evening, or massage a small amount over wet skin in the bath or shower. Rinse away with warm water and pat dry with a clean towel.
2. Follow by smoothing Run Zu Shui Gao / Nourishing Hand and Foot Cream over affected areas and allow to absorb. Repeat application between three and five times per day.
3. For dryness or dehydration elsewhere on the body, smooth Zi Cao Shui Gao/ Nourishing Cream over affected areas and allow to absorb. Repeat application between three and five times per day.

Super quick delivery service. I have used this cream before and it is so nourishing for my dry hands. The main ingredient being sesame seed oil nourishes. I sometimes wear cotton gloves over hands after applying cream.
