The Routine

Soothe and condition skin prone to psoriasis with this calming routine.

  • 1. For daytime skincare, smooth a desired amount of Nourishing Psoriasis Cream over the affected area on your face, scalp, hands or body. Repeat this two times per day.

  • 2. For night-time hand and body care, apply a desired amount of Softening Psoriasis Night Ointment to further alleviate symptoms of psoriasis. If skin reacts to Bai Bi Gao, replace with E Zhu Gao for night-time skincare.

  • 3. For night-time scalp care, massage Softening Tincture for Scalp Psoriasis into affected area on the scalp. Ensure skin is clean and dry.

Immediate difference

I've been using the sooth & soften set for under a week and noticed a huge difference within two days. It's early days I know, but my psoriasis on my body and face has almost completely cleared. My scalp remains itchy - but I'm so impressed with the creams I won't let the quick relief of my skin deter me in any way from scalp tonic.
I've had psoriasis for over 20 years, very small patches but chronic and widespread. Having sought and searched, trying everything from specific diets and FM tests, supplements and steroids, dermatology M has exceeded all expectations and hopes.
